iPad Support

  • Forget your password or get locked out?

    • Send a message to informatics.help@umich.edu. Unless the iPad is actively connected to wifi, you will need to bring the iPad to the Dental Informatics Help Center located in the basement of the Dental School.

  • Is your iPad or any of the accessories damaged or not working?

    • Contact Apple Support directly. You iPad and accessories are covered by Apple Care purchased by the School so you will have to go through Apple Support for repair or replacement.
